DENTON, TX – Enginetech North America Corporation., an associate of India-based Enginetech Systems Private Limited, today announced the establishment of its U.S. headquarters in Denton, Texas, marking a significant expansion of its North American operations. The Company is investing $5.9 million in capital improvements and plans to create 133 new jobs over the next five years.
The new facility, located at 2025 N. Masch Branch Road, will serve as both the Company’s U.S. headquarters and manufacturing center, specializing in the production of critical engine components including De-aeration Tanks and Cylinder Head Covers for Commercial Trucks. The 133 new positions will include both manufacturing and corporate roles.

Denton’s strategic location and strong manufacturing ecosystem make it an ideal choice for our U.S. headquarters.”
The Company’s investment includes $200,000 in Building improvements and $5.7 million in advanced manufacturing equipments. The project received support from the City of Denton through an Incentive Package approved by the City Council, reflecting the city’s commitment to attracting high-quality manufacturing jobs.
Enginetech Systems has established itself as a trusted supplier to major OEM manufacturers in India including Paccar Inc., USA. The company’s relationship with Denton-based Peterbilt, a Paccar company, played a key role in the location decision.

Operations at the new facility are scheduled to commence on July 1, 2025.
